“ “Epidemmik’s remix skillfully intertwines Johnny Mathis’s ‘Love Is Blue’ with BFG PJ’s Fort Worth Texas trap style in the track ‘Bang Shit.’ The remix, drawing from BFG PJ’s album ‘Benjamin Blue,’ creatively fuses classic melodies with contemporary beats. The lyrical content of BFG PJ, who claims a certain set, adds a thematic layer, making it an exploration of the intersection between musical influences and personal narrative. The remix captures the essence of the Fort Worth hip-hop scene, reflecting the diverse and dynamic nature of the genre.

The choice of title, ‘Benjamin Blue,’ reflects BFG PJ’s affiliation with a certain set, as often symbolized by the color blue, commonly associated with the Crips.
